Convenient location near amenities and attractions, such as Hamra street and Rouche'. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a complimentary fridge for coffee, tea, and water. Friendly and attentive staff, including a great Japanese restaurant with excellent service.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with their exclusive amenities. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. the bar/lounge area and restaurant buffet had a wide selection of delicious food and drinks. the staff provided exceptional service with manicure and make-up services available on request. the location advantage was unbeatable, in close proximity to many key attractions.
Our only minor issue was with the leisure/TV room, which lacked attention to detail and seemed outdated. this did not spoil our overall luxurious experience at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location in a very trendy area was perfect, with a little supermarket nearby and all the main shops just a short walk away. We were right in the center of the city and had easy access to everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and we were impressed with the overall condition of the facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also loved the convenience of having parking and transportation options available. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The staff was really good - kind, friendly, and always available. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was very quiet. The location was great, with easy access to cafes, shops, and all services.
The room needed some attention and it took a few calls to get it to my liking. the prices were quite high compared to other places I found in the area.

The only minor issue I had was with the in-room breakfast. While it was a nice touch, the limited options and lack of fresh ingredients could be improved.
